View My Account

In order to view your account online, you need a login and password from Institutional Technology. If you do not have a login and/or password, please contact IT at 503-554-2569.

• Sign in to your MyGeorgeFox student homepage at
• To view your student account, select "Financial Account"
• This will open to your account balance with more information on the left.
  
  • Account Balance: What is due now, what is due in the future and any pending financial aid
  • Make a Payment: Options to pay online
  • Charges Due: List of due dates and corresponding amounts
  • Payment History: Running history of all account transactions
  • Direct Deposit: Add or view details
  • Account Services 
    
    • View 1098-T - list of tax forms listed by year
    • Account Activity - detailed list of transactions
    • View Student permissions - add or view any permissions to your account

Click back to your student homepage and select "Financial Aid" to see details about your financial aid.

View My Tasks and Holds

Your Tasks tile is found on your student homepage. Here you will see a list of any outstanding to-do items and holds. The video below will walk you through how to view any items you have and help you determine what steps you need to take.

Update Personal Info

• Sign in to your MyGeorgeFox student homepage at
• Click on "Profile"
• On the left, click "Addresses"
• Click on the item that needs to be edited
• Enter the correct information
• Save any changes

Name Change

• George Fox requires students to use their legal names in university data systems. This ensures that enrollment verifications, transcripts and diplomas, and financial documents all reflect the legal name for each student.
• To make a change to your name, please follow these instructions.

Social Security Number Update or Correction

The social security number (SSN) is necessary for tax and loan reporting even though students are assigned a George Fox student identification number. If your SSN needs to be submitted or corrected, please do one of the following:

• Bring in your original Social Security card to the registrar’s office
• Mail or fax a copy of your card to the registrar’s office
• Complete an IRS W-9S form and submit it to the student accounts office

It is important that the university has current contact information for all students who have an active account, outstanding balance or request university services.
