He lives in Sherwood with his wife Regina and daughter Isabella. Matt and his wife are both distance runners who enjoy training and competing while taking their daughter along in her running stroller. He is the founder of the website Doctors of Running, where he teaches about the art and the science of running shoes and how to find the best shoe for you.
