Personal Training
Personal training is a low-cost program that provides personalized fitness plans and dietary recommendations for George Fox students and employees pursuing specific health and wellness goals. University Recreation personal trainers are all certified with NCCA-accredited personal training certifications.
Personal training clients are invited to participate as individuals or with a partner. Initial consultation conversations are free and scheduled based on availability of the trainer, and whether they are accepting new clients. Prices are reflective of individual cost.
Individual Sessions
- One Session: $28 (student rate) / $35 (non-student rate)
- Five Sessions: $125 (student rate) / $155 (non-student rate)
- 10 Sessions: $230 (student rate) / $300 (non-student rate)
Partner Sessions
- One Session: $18 (student rate) / $25 (non-student rate)
- Five Sessions: $80 (student rate) / $110 (non-student rate)
- 10 Sessions: $150 (student rate) / $200 (non-student rate)
